Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional commercial cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we have received. If you require further assistance, please contact our office.
+ How will we recognize your crews?
All of our housekeepers/workers are uniformed and will arrive in logoed company vehicles. We do not allow the use of personal vehicles for Company business, nor do we allow others (children, etc.) to accompany our people in the performance of their duties.
+ Are you insured?
The Company carries general liability insurance, a liability umbrella policy, workers' compensation insurance, vehicle insurance, and janitorial bond insurance for breakage and proven theft.
+ What days and hours are you available?
Housekeeping Services operates 365 days a year, and much of our office cleaning is done after normal business hours. Tell us your timing requirements, and we'll work to accommodate your schedule.
+ Who supplies cleaning equipment and supplies?
Almost always, we do, and they are the most effective and environmentally safe products on the market. If you have a special product you want or need us to use, just let us know.
+ Do you provide amenities or paper products?
We do, depending upon the requirements of the customer. You tell us what you want and need, and we will provide it for one all inclusive price.
+ Do you offer a guarantee?
All of our work is always guaranteed. If you are not genuinely satisfied with the work we provide, we will return until you are.
